- +2 years of strong experience into sales, (adv. if experience into Formwork Industry),construction/building material industry
- Strong construction background and network
- Good listening and communication skills
- Strong in sales management, negotiation and closing deals.
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft office, CADTraveling: Extensive
Roles and Responsibility:
- Identify new projects / client, establish long term relationship
- Manage and develop key customer accounts by partnering with them in the planning, preparation and execution of strategic new contracts.
- Strong sales projects line-ups
- Prepare detailed customer presentations for projects
- Study the drawings, site requirement and develop formwork scheme.
- Prepare offer for projects and negotiate with the customers
- Co-ordination with internal team and with client from Estimation till execution.

Job description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and leading the entire design process from estimation to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Formwork design & drafting
- Should be proficient in AutoCAD 2D, 3D & Revit
- Preparation of drawings & material list.
- Ensure our technical proposal meet technical & client requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or relevant technical degree
- CAD experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Description:
- A formwork supervisor shall be appointed to supervise the construction, erection, alteration or dismantling of any formwork structure in a worksite.
- Reasonably practicable, such measures are necessary to ensure that during the erection of a formwork structure in a worksite, all the components of the formwork structure are properly erected, seated, connected, braced and tied so as to maintain its position and shape.
- To make an inspection of the formwork structure upon the completion of the formwork structure to ensure that the formwork structure is by the design and drawings for that formwork structure
- Immediately notify the site in charge of the worksite upon discovering any unsafe condition during any inspection made under paragraph.
